• Trademark databases of the 50 States
• Corporate filing and fictitious name registration databases of the 50 States
• Select common law databases. We search Dunn & Bradstreet business reports as well as the Brands and Their Companies database (directory of consumer brand names and their owners/distributors).

We provide brief summary/interpretation of search results with legal analysis of whether to proceed with the application in 3-4 business days

Search is useful to obtain an overview of identical and similar trademarks registered or applied for at federal and state level, and to obtain a general overview of businesses that may be using your same mark or a similar mark as their trade name. This is not the most comprehensive trademark search we offer and should not be considered a complete trademark clearance search for your mark. Please note that this search does not include logo marks, foreign language marks or their translations. Please note that the information available in the searchable databases may be several months of out date so you should take this into account in evaluating the reliability of the information obtained from the databases.
