Are there any post registration filing requirements?

Between the fifth and sixth years after the registration date, the trademark owner must file a Declaration of Use and pay the corresponding fee. Then, between the ninth and tenth years after the registration date, the trademark owner must file a Combined Declaration of Use/Application for Renewal, and pay the corresponding fee. Failure to make the appropriate filings on a timely basis will result in the registration being cancelled.
